Course Requirements:
You must be a Victorian resident in order to undertake this RSA course.
You must also be able to read, speak and understand English as participants are required to record and upload a video, and confirm your identity as part of completion of a module. The course must be completed within 3 months of enrolment.

- Licensees
- Approved managers
- Staff, including promotional staff, involved in the sale, supply and service of alcohol
- Volunteers, including club directors, who have liquor service responsibilities
- Security officers with crowd control duties
Get your RSA certification from a Registered Training Organisation
As a registered training organisation (RTO: 21718) we are accredited to deliver RSA Training - Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol SIHTFAB021 under our scope of registration and regulated by the VRQA. Our interactive RSA Online Training is also approved by Liquor Control Victoria.
Visa holders and international students (including subclass 500) can undertake this course through Liqcon. You will require a USI to receive your Statement of Attainment.
RSA Certificates
Upon successful completion of the RSA Training course, participants deemed competent, will receive the Nationally recognised statement of attainment.
Your Liquor Control Victoria (LCV) certificate will be available to download from the Liqour Control Victoria web site on completion of the additional training module required by Liquor Control Victoria on Sexual Harassment and Assault: Prevent and Respond (SHARPR).

RSA REFRESHER If you have previously completed RSA in Victoria, you can simply "refresh" your certificate. In Victoria, RSA's need to be refreshed every 3 years. There is no need to undertake another "new" course. For more information on doing the Liquor Control Victoria RSA refresher, click here.

Extra Information
Those who complete this RSA training, may also need to undertake New Entrant Training, if they are wanting to become a licensee or nominee of a Victorian licensed premise.
Eligibility
Participants SHOULD be 18 (or nearing) years old.
Note: You can not sell, serve, supply or deliver alcohol until you are 18 years old.
Our RSA courses are only available to Victorian residents. Overseas, or interstate residents must use another provider for their RSA requirements.
Assessment Methods
Assessments consist of multiple-choice questions, short answer questions, and scenario based role play demonstrations of various abilities related to elements within this unit of competency.
Demonstrations are undertaken by students uploading videos and by participating in role plays.
